    My dad is heart patient and doctor advised us to do angioplasty as soon as possible. Estimated expenses for operation is around 350000. We are leaving in mumbai but currently my dad having treatment in satara district. I have 3 sisters and main person of family is hospitalized. Kindly help us providing some financial help.

    My dad is suffering from neurological disorder – Parkinsons since last 20 years. We performed Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery on him in June 2008 at Hinduja Hospital Mumbai. However, the battery we had put in him as part of DBS surgery is exhausted and needs to be replaced soon. My dad is a retired bank employee since 2001 and has no medical assistance except his pension income (rs 15000 per month). My mother is a homemaker and I am a student. I would like to know the application process required to get financial assistance from Amirilal Ghelabhai Charitable Trust.     My cousin brother Asis is suffering from Relapsed diffuse B-Cell Lymphoma (probable double hit lymphoma), diagnosed by the haematology department, CMC, Vellore and he is on palliation due to financial constrains. Further treatment of salvage chemotherapy followed by autologous PBSCT is required for which a huge 12lakh rupee estimate is given by the doctor. He is a private company employee having a salary of 10000/-, have a four year old daughter and both parents are above 75 years of age. We are from Behala, kolkata, West Bengal.     My daughter has been suffering from brain tumour since 2010.Operation have done at AIIMS New Delhi on 2010 but not successful. She is now under going Radiotherapy. Doctor has said that Radiotherapy is not so helpful for her and advised to take GAMMA KNIFE treatment. It is very much costly. I am unable to bear it. So, dear sir please aid to me some financial help from your trust.

    My grandma had been admitted to Madras Medical Mission in Chennai for a cardiac bypass surgery.But unfortunately her recovery has been very slow and she has also suffered from an unexpected post operative stroke.Doctors are saying that she is taking some time to improve but she’ll definitely come out of it.It is becoming slightly difficult for us to bear the hospital charges.     My Cousin had brain hemorrhage he was under treatment but due to non availability of fund we have discharged him from hospital, now we need financial help for further treatment, he stay in Gujarat, Valsad.

    He was teaching in private school and his wife is LIC Agent but dont have other income source.

    I want to admit my baby girl ( Krishti Anil Gohil ) which was just 2 Months old. she has swelling in the nap of the nack.
