Visibility

  • Start a website in the name of your Organization and get the valid domain and hosting certificate as a record.
  • Compile all your relevant documents,  certificates and develop an impressive brief profile of your NGO.
  • Develop a habit of writing at least 5-10 proposals/letters to concerned department/agencies/corporate/individual donors every month to see results in 6 months.

Collaboration

  • Get registered under FCRA. Try to mobilize foreign funds
  • Get ISO 9000 Certification
  • Import  Export  Code  Number assigned by DGFT
  • Apply for 12A & 80G

Organization

  • Keep work record / government sanctioning as proof and work with various agencies
  • Give priority to women members/ SC/ST/ registered artisans having expertise in handicraft with proper proof from registrar office.
  • Develop office infrastructure in other states
  • Keep good assets, proper balance sheet and audit report, file income tax return timely and keep a healthy bank balance and transactions.
  • Maintain proper staff registers with attendance sheet.
  • Form SHG and link them with a scheduled bank (like MAHILA BANK) and mobilize micro credit.
