SEN4NGOs State Heads(Program Champions) are part of our Senior Advisory Team with a focus on their State. The Social & Societal needs relevant to the State and the challenges & opportunities for NGOs from within that State will be consolidated for action. The State Heads will primarily be a AAA responsibility, ie,

SEN4NGOs believes in direct action, impact, sustainability and growth. Target beneficiaries are NGO Founders, who are supported by our Services, Program, Projects, 3-SG LDP and Mentoring. Constructive plans to facilitate ISG(Impact-Sustainability-Goals) will be created by the State Head in collaboration with the SEN4NGOs leadership team. This plan will be reviewed and monitored on a weekly basis.
Resource and time contribution will be
- Weekly 1 hour meeting
- Participate in State NGOs WhatsApp group
- Annual Review of C-ISG Plan
- Quarterly All State Head Meeting
- Provide guidance to District Heads
Additionally from time to time, any specific escalations or issues pertaining to the state will be brought to your desk for advice and direction.
The State Heads will be catalysts to localise transformative changes within the State. In future, district heads will be appointed to start with vulnerable districts and report to State Heads..
